3 Axis CNC Mills We operates 6 vertical CNC mills which are capable of producing a broad range of high precision components that require multiple step chining. Our Mills can handle parts up to 500 x500 x300 mm. Slander extrusions up to 1000 mm long can be precisely machined to spec.

Laser Cutting Sheets & Tubes
A state of the art 22Kw Bystronic laser with a flat 2400X3600 mm bed cuts magnesium extrusions and sheets to a very high degree of precision approaching 0.03 mm on thin sheets. Laser cutting is well suited for sheets that require joining with rivets such as flat panels.

2 & 3 Axis CNC Laths
Extruded solid sections as small as 5 mm and up to 200 mm in diameter can be handled by our 2 axis and 3 axis CNC combination laths with live cutters.
Intricate shapes that require high angular accuracy are easily produced with German precision! |
Magnesium Conversion Coatings
E12 has access to two prime conversion coating facilities, specializing in the Keronite or the Tagnite process, both of which can handle parts and extruded sections up to 6000 mm (18ft).
Additional protection against corrosion can be had by the application of oven backed top coats. |
